 With a distinguished career spanning over 20 years, Hisham Mohamed is a seasoned IT Executive specializing in the financial services and healthcare sectors. Most recently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for HMP Global, Hisham is recognized for leading global workforces in executing digital transformation strategies and fostering high-performing, business-enabling IT functions.

Hisham brings a wealth of experience in product development, risk management, organizational transformation, strategic thinking, and vendor management. His expertise lies in simplifying complex subjects for non-experts and bridging the gap between business and IT. As a proven leader, mentor, and motivator, Hisham is known for improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency through leadership that aligns IT delivery with business needs and creates continual value for the business.

Prior to HMP Global, Hisham held executive roles at DTCC and Moody's Corporation, where he was instrumental in driving consistent business value through product and infrastructure delivery, cloud adoption, and DevSecOps transformation. His leadership resulted in significant improvements in delivery times, increased delivery capacity, and multiple recognitions for leadership and innovation.

Hisham holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Information Processing Systems from both New Jersey Institute of Technology & Rutgers University. He holds multiple certifications, underscoring his expertise in streamlining IT operations and development.

Whether it's leading major cloud migrations, implementing enhanced Infosec practices, or mentoring future leaders, Hisham consistently delivers results that drive business growth and transformation. His technical acumen spans across cloud computing, on-prem solutions, and security standards, making him a versatile leader in the IT industry.

 Lisa Schnettler is an accomplished digital product development and management executive, adept at resolving complex business challenges. She has an extensive track record of fostering innovation and revenue growth by building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.

She established a product management discipline at a SaaS health tech startup enabling it to accomplish key strategic initiatives and important individual client requests while increasing  roadmap item completion by over 300% in one year. 

Lisa led the development of an online brand community platform, instrumental in driving growth for large CPG enterprise clients, leading the implementation of the "North Star framework" to align the entire company with a singular strategic metric.

In her role leading product at a SaaS company focused on social media data analysis, Lisa drove the transition from a startup to a scalable enterprise by introducing Agile and creating actionable product roadmaps.

At a leading B2B media company, she managed a large cross functional team and oversaw the pivotal print-to-digital corporate transformation effort; spearheading the building of and migration to a new content management system, integrating eCommerce, and monetizing digital content.

With an MBA in Information Systems from New York University and certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner, Lisa is an agile, strategic leader adept at creating and executing clear roadmaps to achieve ambitious objectives.
